RIHA - Ramazan Öcalan, the nephew of Abdullah Öcalan, was laid to rest in Amara.

 

Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s nephew, Ramazan Öcalan (47), lost his life on August 15 while receiving treatment in Paris. His remains were brought from Paris by plane to Dîlok Airport and then taken to Amara neighborhood in Riha’s Xelfetî district, where he was laid to rest. A large crowd attended the funeral.

 

Following the burial, people visited the condolence gathering, which will continue for three days.
